PROJECT DETAILS
PBC were engaged by Multiplex to provide Site and Contracts Management services for the duration of the Bay Village Project.
The Bay Village Project consists of a new 604 bed transient workforce accommodation village in Karratha Western Australia, on the corner of Bayview Rd and Rankin Rd. The accommodation units are supported by a number of central facilities including a central kitchen/diner, gymnasium, administration block, swimming pool, sports court and other recreational areas. Of the 604 rooms, 192 of these rooms are to be built in-situ across 3 separate buildings. The remaining 412 will be prefabricated modular units. The central services buildings are to be built in-situ on site. |
