PROJECT DETAILS
The construction of new state-of-the-art police facility commenced in August 2008.
The works were staged and included Separable portion 1 demolition of existing police station and residence along with construction of new police station including secured covered way link to courthouse, secure compound car park area, all site works and associated services. Separable portion 2 consisted of demolition of remaining existing police station, completion of carports, secure staff car park, new bike store and condenser compound, all site works and associated services. The old facility police station remained operational and accessible to public during construction of new police station. |
